On Android, open Settings → Delete account and data. On iOS, open Settings → Plan & credits → Delete account & data. Confirm only when you are ready to lose the remaining credits.
Email oanaunciuleanu@gmail.com with the subject “AI Architecture Render account deletion”. Include your private Support ID, available from Settings in the app, so we can identify your account. If you no longer have it, explain that in your email; we may ask for a store order receipt to establish ownership. Never send your Google or Apple password or an OpenAI API key.
We delete the server account, credit balance and credit history, render history, safety reports, encrypted Google purchase tokens and any Sign in with Apple link. In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed after account ownership is established; we confirm completion by email.
Unlinked store transaction and order identifiers and purchase-token hashes are retained to prevent duplicate credits and purchase fraud. They no longer identify your app account. Temporarily cached render results expire within 24 hours. OpenAI processes submitted content under its own API retention policies.
Server account deletion does not remove projects or exports already saved on your device. Remove local projects in the app or uninstall it; remove exported files separately. Deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or your Apple ID’s subscription settings.
