Privacy Policy — AI Architecture Render

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Summary

No name, email or password is required, and there are no advertising or tracking SDKs. Projects and saved renders stay on your device. We retain credit and render usage records to operate the service and understand its costs. If you use your own OpenAI API key, nothing passes through us. If you use a plan or credits, your selected images and descriptions pass through our render server on their way to OpenAI. Completed results may be retained for up to 24 hours to recover interrupted requests.

What stays on your device

Using your own OpenAI API key

The app sends your selected source image, optional reference image, edit-area marks and description directly from your device to OpenAI (api.openai.com), authenticated with your key. We never receive it. It is processed under your own OpenAI account and OpenAI's policies (openai.com/policies).

Using a plan or credits

The app sends the image you select and any text you type to our render server, which forwards them to OpenAI using the developer's OpenAI account and returns the result to your device. The server does not persist your source or reference images or descriptions. Completed results are temporarily retained for up to 24 hours for delivery and recovery, then expire automatically. OpenAI processes them under its API data policies; see OpenAI’s published API data policies for its processing and retention practices.

To keep track of your credits the server stores:

If you choose Sign in with Apple (optional), we receive only Apple's anonymous identifier for you in this app, never your name or email, and use it to make your credits available on all your devices. Apple also gives us a token that we use only to cancel the sign-in when you delete your account.

A server record is only created once you buy a plan or credits or sign in with Apple. If you only use your own API key, nothing about you is stored on our server unless you submit a safety report.

Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google Play. We never see your payment details. On iOS the account ID is kept in your iCloud Keychain. On Android it is encrypted using Android Keystore. Restore purchases can recover an account from verified store records; consumed credit packs may require your Support ID and proof of purchase if local credentials have been lost.

Photos and camera

On Android, the system image picker grants access only to the image you select. Saving or sharing a result is an explicit action; the app does not request broad photo-library access.

The app asks for photo library and camera access so you can choose or photograph an image, and add-only access if you turn on auto-saving renders to Photos. Nothing is read from your library other than the image you pick.

Reporting AI output

On Android, Report offensive result sends the random account ID, render reference, selected report reason and date to our server for safety review. It does not upload your image or description. Reports are deleted with your account, or within 90 days.

Children

The app is not directed at children.

Deleting your data

On Android, open Settings → Delete account and data. On iOS, open Settings → Plan & credits → Delete account & data. This immediately deletes your account record, credit balance and history, render history and any Sign in with Apple link from our server (and revokes the sign-in with Apple), and gives the app a new, empty account. Remaining credits are lost. Store transaction/order IDs and token hashes are kept, unlinked from your account, only to stop the same purchase being credited twice. Encrypted Google purchase tokens and safety reports are removed. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also email us to ask for deletion.

To delete everything on your device, use Settings → Delete all projects & images, or delete the app. For data held by OpenAI under your own API key, contact OpenAI.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
